Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Digital Content Creator to design and produce high-quality graphics, videos, motion graphics, and campaign content. The role involves working closely with the marketing team to execute brand campaigns, product launches, and digital marketing initiatives across channels.Key

Responsibilities
  • Create static and animated content, videos, and marketing collateral across digital and offline channels from concept to execution.
  • Shoot, edit, and produce product videos, reels, brand content, motion graphics, and promotional campaigns with end-to-end post-production.
  • Develop brand-consistent creative assets for social media, influencer campaigns, paid advertising, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
  • Optimise content for digital platforms, stay current with content trends, and ensure creative best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns, manage multiple projects, and maintain digital asset libraries.
  • Tools & Technical Skills

    Proficiency in the following is essential:

  • Design: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Video & Motion Graphics: Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve (any two or more)
  • Other: Canva, Figma (basic), CapCut or similar tools
  • Preferred: Photography/videography experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and studio lighting.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • 3–7 years of content creation experience.
  • Experience with an advertising/digital agency or an in-house corporate creative team.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design, video, and motion graphics work.
  • Relevant degree/diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Mass Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.

    Role Overview

    We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Administrator who will be stationed at the company's front desk and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and callers. The role will be responsible for front office operations, office administration, documentation management, basic finance data entry, and coordination with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Be stationed at the front desk and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, clients, and incoming calls.
    • Manage day-to-day office administration, including meetings, travel arrangements, office supplies, vendor coordination, and record keeping.
    • Enter transactions, invoices, expenses, and reimbursement claims into the company's systems and coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and consultants as required.

    Requirements

    Role Overview

    The Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing procurement, contract manufacturing partnerships, supply chain coordination, vendor management, and manufacturing expansion initiatives for the company.

    The candidate should be capable of independently driving strategic sourcing initiatives while coordinating with internal teams, manufacturers, consultants, regulatory authorities, and technology partners.

    The Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing annual procurement operations exceeding INR 100 crores.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Procurement & Vendor Management
      • Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials, packaging, ingredients, and operational supplies, including vendor development, commercial negotiations, cost optimization, quality compliance, and supply continuity across India.
    • Contract Manufacturing & Commercial Partnerships
      • Identify and manage contract manufacturing partnerships across India, including commercial negotiations, co-packer relationships, production planning, capacity allocation, quality standards, and operational compliance.
    • Manufacturing Expansion & Plant Setup
      • Support end-to-end manufacturing expansion initiatives including site identification, due diligence, facility setup, commissioning, and coordination with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and operational teams.
    • Supply Chain & Operations
      • Manage supply chain and operational processes including inventory planning, logistics coordination, KPI tracking, risk monitoring, and reporting to ensure product availability, operational efficiency, and quality compliance.
    • Regulatory & Documentation
      • Maintain regulatory and commercial compliance by managing stakeholder relationships, coordinating with compliance teams, and maintaining organized records of contracts, vendor agreements, and regulatory documentation.
    • Cross-Functional Coordination
      • Coordinate with marketing, product development, finance, and operations teams on formulation sourcing, packaging development, budgeting, procurement planning, and product launch and expansion initiatives.
    Preferred Qualifications

    Role Overview

    The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for launching the brand in the region and building the sales organisation from the ground up. This includes setting up distribution infrastructure, appointing channel partners, building the sales team, securing key accounts, driving market execution, and delivering revenue growth. This is a high-ownership leadership role requiring deep understanding of the local market, trade ecosystem, distributor network, and route-to-market strategies.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Build and lead the regional sales organisation, including recruitment, training, target setting, and performance management.
    • Develop and expand distribution across General Trade, Modern Trade, ECommerce/Quick Commerce, HoReCa, and Institutional channels.
    • Appoint and manage distributors, super-stockists, and channel partners to ensure strong market coverage and product availability.

    • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, search, display, video, OTT, programmatic, influencer, and other digital platforms.
    • Plan and manage paid media campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, performance optimization, and ROI tracking.
    • Oversee brand presence across social media channels and coordinate content distribution and community engagement.
    • Identify, negotiate, and manage influencer and creator partnerships.
    • Track campaign performance, consumer insights, and competitor activity, providing actionable recommendations.
    • Manage external agencies, media partners, publishers, and vendors to ensure effective campaign execution.
    • Explore and recommend new digital media opportunities that can accelerate brand growth.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field.
